If you haven't noticed Dylan instructs you to click "Friends and Family" on Paypal, because he knows "Friends and Family" isn't a product or service that can be legally denied. So the people he scammed have no legal recourse.

I watched his videos for a laugh. Well, there is karma in the fact that the followers of the Presidential con artist have been scammed by a wannabe con.
If one checked his video history, one of the first videos he made was "How to make money on YouTube." He talked about making videos with a girlfriend before that post. Any videos with her were scrubbed long ago.
