Same issue with windows spend 9000 euro's and does not see the machine.. sould be plug and play..
this company is a POS no support what so ever.
Windows is not recognizing the drive upon plugging in. I hear the sound Windows makes when a device is connected but nothing is showing up in file explorer or in the format wizard. Therefore, I can't locate the drive I need to format. Running a Windows 10 machine. Anything I'm doing wrong?
of course that partition did not show up on my PC, downloaded the wizard from the internet and it does not see the drive. Clearly these instructions have proven useless
i accidentally downloaded the format wizard and formatted my hard disk ,can i recover all my data from my hard disk? thanks
