Jeremy can you pleaseee do a little deep dive on DMLP? Dorchester Minerals is the company. They pay a hefty dividend but I looked at their balance sheet and it seems to be sound!

Hey Jeremy! Local Vegas native here (born and raised).. wondering if you could look into the financials for The Joint $JYNT.
I have neck issues and was going to a chiropractor. That industry is still so antiquated. They operate like doctor’s offices.. The Joint is a much better experience.. they’re like a fast-food version. You’re in and out in 10 minutes. I’ve noticed that they’re spreading all over Vegas.
When I first looked at their stock they were $30 per share.. a month later, they were $49 a share and I was kicking myself.
Would love to hear your analysis.

I welcome this new channel wholeheartedly! I initially found you through your investment strategy videos in which you were sitting down at a desk lol – I loved them! They were real; honest thoughts and theories that you had developed over your years in investing.
